Third Age Outreach, Specialized Geriatric Services, is part of St. Joseph’s Health Care London and has been working with seniors and caregivers in the community for over 20 years.
We offer specialized programs and services, educational opportunities, information, referrals, resources and special events promoting health and wellness, independence, positive aging and improved quality of life for London seniors.
