Seniors Aquatic Program

The Accessible Seniors Aquatic Program is a class for seniors who have mobility concerns and need to exercise in a safe, closely supervised environment. 

Session 1:  September 14, 2010
Wellness Pool, Boys' and Girls' Club of London
184 Horton St, London
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-2pm

Cost: $25.00 for Horton St Senior Centre members or $35.00 for non-members

Stepping Out Safely - “Common Senses”

The goal of “Stepping Out Safely” is to reduce falls and fall injuries among older adults in Middlesex-London through education, skills building, and community collaboration.

This year’s theme is “Common Senses”.
